Three, the mobile operator, faced a challenge in attracting women to sales roles due to a common misconception that the role was centered around a macho culture. In an effort to challenge this stereotype and showcase the diversity of the role, we launched a series of TikTok videos featuring the carrier stories of four women. The videos were a success, garnering over 1 million views and resulting in a significant increase in applications for sales roles - an increase of 800%!
